  1. Is there any warranty for the product purchased?
    All the product purchased in this website is covered with one year limited warranty service.

  2. Should I need to register anything in order to enjoy the warranty service?
    Registration is not required, you only need to keep the original receipt in a safe place.  You will need to present the original receipt to us when requesting the warranty service.

  3. What if my calculator is broken?
    You can call us at (852) 2529-9183 to have a quick verification if your calculator is malfunction, or having problem caused by incorrect operation instead.
    If your calculator is confirmed to be broken, you can visit our company during office hours for further examination.  Please remember to bring along the original purchase receipt, which is required for warranty service.

  4. Can I buy and replace the rechargeable battery?
    Yes, the performance of Lithium rechargeable battery in a graphing calculator would degrade after using it for a certain period.  We have the rechargeable battery for sell.

  5. Do you sell software separately? e.g. SmartView and Teacher software
    Yes, we sell software and there are several licensing options.  Please contact us for software enquiry, our representative would reply you shortly.

  6. What should I do if I cannot find the desired product in the website?
    Some Texas Instruments items and accessories are not listed in our website, please call or email us, tell us more about your enquiry and our representative would respond as soon as possible.
